Seller Cost Credit Program

This program applies to our Sellers who elect the Traditional Commission Model.

Because we believe that having an APPRAISAL AND HOME INSPECTION greatly aids sellers in RETAINING more of their equity in the NEGOTIATION process, for those Sellers who elect the Traditional Commission Model, we will reimburse Sellers for homes of $200,000 up to $300,000 for $500 toward the costs of an APPRAISAL AND HOME INPECTION and for homes of $300,000 or more, we will reimburse them up to $1,000 dollars.

Also, for a limited time we will waive our $500 dollar Administration Fee.
