$1,500 Listing Program Features:

BENEFITS:

Instead of paying a Listing side commission of, for example, 2.5% -3.5%, you pay a flat fee of $1,500 dollars to “get listed”. Other essential services, such as negotiating with potential buyers and their agents, are billed at $85-$95 dollars per hour. Optional other services are available at your election.

Your fees are capped at the amount of the SELLING AGENT COMMISSION.

You have a one-time option of CONVERTING TO A TRADITIONAL COMMISSION MODEL, with credit given for all fees due and paid.

OTHER TERMS

You, as the Seller, are still responsible to pay the buyers’ agent half of the commission, if the buyer has an agent.

If the Buyer does not have an agent, you do not pay the buyers’ agent half of the commission.
