If you hire us and enter into a contract within 90 days to purchase a home, we will pay your closing costs according to the scale below:

For $200,000 -$300,000 SALE PRICE: $500
For $300,001-$400,000 SALE PRICE: $1,000
For $400,001-$500,000 SALE PRICE: $2,000
For $500,001-$600,000 SALE PRICE: $3,000
For $601,001 Sale Price And Up: $4,000
