Keith Eliou is the real estate broker and owner of Keith Eliou Real Estate Services. He has been a member of the local multiple listing service (West Penn Multi List) for over 20 years. Mr. Eliou is also a real estate attorney which uniquely qualifies him to work with clients who are buying or selling a home.

In addition to the real estate company, Keith owns Advocate Mortgage Services Inc., which has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in mortgages over the last 25 years. He is also an approved attorney for the issuance of title insurance. Because of these, he has been able to structure financing to make deals happen and spot potential title issues to keep them from falling apart.

Keith Eliou Real Estate Services is best known for offering both commission and hourly options to pay for services that can save thousands of dollars in closing costs for people buying or selling a home, while still offering representation unmatched by those without his legal, mortgage and title experience.

Mr. Eliou is a proud Pittsburgher, having received his undergraduate degree at Pitt and then attending Duquesne University where he received his MBA, as well as his Juris Doctor.

He has written several books on real estate and has taught classes to other attorneys regarding alternative payment options for real estate services.
